I'm not entirely sure why Zaizen should have a Togepi, but it really seems like a good idea. Zaizen never did anything, but really seemed to have the potential to--Togepi's much the same.

Prince of Tennis belongs to Konomi, and Pokemon belong to Nintendo and Gamefreak and those people.
