It's chibi, and yet it has more detail than anything I've drawn in ages. XD The Austria-Hungary flag is so complicated....
I love Austria and Hungary, they're so cute!! ^__________^ And they actually were married!
I got the pose while looking for people doing the Viennese Watz, and that's where I got the clothing ideas, too. Hungary didn't look like Hungary without a hat, though, so I BSed one (based loosely off what Chibitalia was wearing that one time). The dress I made up. And it's just not Austria without a cravat.
